Morgan Rollinson is a Sr. Brand Designer at VaxCare. Prior to VaxCare, she built design systems at Fivetran, helped lead the brand design team at Blend, and created the IBM Garage visual identity system where she put theories into practice as a Brand Designer at IBM. Previously, Morgan stewarded the brand evolution of a digital transformation startup, was critical in moving the company towards acquisition; and worked at a nationally acclaimed magazine as Associate Art Director.
Morgan’s work has won Platinum and Gold Hermes awards. Most recently her visual work on Fivetran.com helped secure Fivetran as the winner of Webflow’s 2023 Brand Transformation award.
She is a certified IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner and completed IDEO University’s Storytelling for Influence. Her Graphic Design degree from North Carolina State University’s College of Design grounded her process-oriented foundation, deep understanding of design thinking and design systems, typographic expertise, and exceptional craft across modalities.
Morgan believes design should make work and personal lives easier—that seamlessly linking a consumers’ touchpoints with a brand simplifies noise and clearly communicates a solution.
When not working, Morgan loves playing outside with her husband and toddler.
